Agri-Food Champion Leadership Programme
Programme for food and drink providers to build confidence in areas of business planning, management, and leadership.
Participants of this programme must be working in the food and drinks sector and located in Ards and North Down Borough Council area.
The programme is open to food and drink business owners of small or micro enterprises and employees.
Employers and employees, emerging managers and media including influencers within the food and drink sector in the Ards and North Down Borough Council area are being given a free opportunity to upskill and to gain a Chartered Management (CMI) qualification in either Level 3 Award in Principles of Leadership and Management or a CMI Level 5 Award in Leadership and Management.
Ards and North Down Borough Council is providing these free online Agri-Food Champion Leadership Programmes in partnership and delivered by South Eastern Regional College.
These programmes are ideal for individuals that wish to move forward in their careers as leaders and managers.
