Leadership Team Ambition to Scale Programme
Programme focused on transforming the skills, behaviours and relationships of the top team in order to achieve business growth and build a more adaptive and resilient business.
This support is available to Invest Northern Ireland clients, which are manufacturing and/or tradeable services businesses with the potential to both:
- achieve at least 25% of sales external to Northern Ireland (or at least £250,000 external sales, whichever is lower)
- employ at least ten staff, within five years
If you can demonstrate that your business meets these criteria, you may be eligible to apply to become an Invest NI client.
To participate in the programme Invest NI clients should:
- be an SME (up to 249 staff)
- have turnover ideally in excess of £1 million
- be able to commit time and resources to the programme
- have ambition to grow your business globally
The leadership team programme is for Invest NI SME client companies, aimed at the business owner / CEO / MD plus up to two members of their leadership team.
Programme sessions cover a range of topics including leadership, strategy, people, communication, finance, strategic marketing, export markets and innovation.
Through the executive team coaching, learning is tailored to your business and actions to support growth are facilitated. There is also a strong focus on building business to business connections across companies throughout the programme and beyond.
Top teams will:
- gain a deeper understanding of how to develop and implement strategies that drive sustainability and international growth
- become a stronger and more effective top team, ready to develop and implement a strategy for growth
- be able to use a wide range of practical tools and techniques to ensure every aspect of your business is aligned with your strategy
