Employers can get Living Wage accreditation through a new programme launched by Advice NI
As regional partner for the Living Wage Foundation, Advice NI has introduced Living Wage NI to promote fair pay among employers in Northern Ireland and help them obtain Living Wage accreditation.
The Department for the Economy supports the initiative, funding £125,000 annually.
What is the real living wage?
The real living wage is independently calculated based on living costs. It applies to all employees aged 18 and above, currently set at £12.00 per hour in the UK and £13.50 in London.

Employers who pay the Real Living Wage can benefit from:
