Discover the latest opportunities in the various markets in the American continent

If you’re considering exporting to the Americas, find out the latest on the business environment and export opportunities in the region on 9 November, thanks to the Americas Showcase, organised by the Department for Business and Trade (DBT) in partnership with Invest Northern Ireland.

At this event, DBT Trade specialists will be updating Northern Ireland companies on the latest opportunities in the various markets in the American continent.

Did you know?

• The continent is comprised of over 40 countries with a total population of over 1 billion people, and there are 3 widespread languages spoken across the region.
• LATAC had a combined GDP of US$5 trillion in 2021, forecast to grow at an inflation-adjusted rate of 2.5% per year to 2024. (Data: IMF WEO Oct 2022)
• UK exports to North America accounted for 22.7% of total UK exports to all trading partners in the four quarters to the end of Q1 2023.

Event details

The event will feature presentations and panel discussions on how to succeed in the Americas region, including fellow Northern Ireland companies sharing how they have succeeded in some of these markets.

You will also have the opportunity to have 1-2-1 meetings with DBT Northern Ireland and International Market Advisers, Invest Northern Ireland and UK Export Finance (UKEF) representatives, in which you can discuss matters specific to your company.
