Support for businesses to adopt AI responsibly

Innovate UK and The Alan Turing Institute are hosting two 'Mitigating bias in AI' sessions to support businesses in adopting artificial intelligence (AI) responsibly.

Part of the BridgeAI Programme, these sessions will help businesses understand and address bias in AI systems while navigating ethical challenges.

Session 1: Introduction Webinar | 28 March 2025

This webinar will raise awareness of AI bias and its risks. Participants will:

  • learn key concepts of AI bias and fairness
  • explore AI governance and regulatory frameworks
  • examine real-world examples of AI bias

Session 2: Implementation Workshop | 4 April 2025

This interactive workshop provides practical tools to reduce bias in AI systems. Participants will:

  • discover bias mitigation strategies and fairness metrics
  • take part in hands-on bias mitigation exercises
  • build confidence in applying responsible AI practices
