Causeway Coast and Glens Labour Market Partnership (LMP), administered by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council, helps address challenges in the local labour market for people that are unemployed, under-employed or needing to upskill, and also for local employers who are looking to attract talent.

An Employers Survey has been developed to inform the next stage of work of the LMP. It aims to inform on the skills / labour challenges that employers in the area are experiencing.

The findings from the survey will inform where the LMP resources should be prioritised and the development of the LMP Strategy.
