Join the 2025 Co-operative Conference in Belfast to explore how co-operatives build a fairer, sustainable future.
The UK Society for Co-operative Studies (UKSCS) and the Society for Co-operative Studies Ireland (SCSI) are hosting a conference in Belfast to mark the 2025 International Year of Co-operatives.
The conference, sponsored by Belfast City Council, will focus on the theme Co-operatives Build a Better World, highlighting how co-operatives contribute to a fairer society, sustainable economy, and overall well-being.
Key speakers include:
- Connor Murphy MLA, Minister for the Economy
- Cliff Mills, co-operative law expert from Anthony Collins Solicitors
- Linda Ervine MBE, founder of Turas, an Irish Language project
