The Labour Relations Agency (LRA) has produced a brief guide to help employers support employees impacted by racism.
A video guide produced by the LRA aims to help employers support employees impacted by the recent public disorder and racist attacks. It includes references to useful guidance and resources that the LRA offers, including:
