Family Business Awards 2024
Family businesses of all sizes are invited to participate in the Irish Family Business Awards
The Irish Family Business Awards 2024 are now open for all sizes of family businesses to enter.
The event aims to showcase the achievements and contributions of family-owned businesses across Ireland, both to their local communities and to the wider economy.
Who can apply
To apply for the awards, the business should be owned or run by two or more members of a single family, whether they are siblings, married partners, or from different generations.
All entries should be for products or services operating in Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
Awards categories
There are 22 awards categories, including:
- Agri Family Business of the Year
- Best in Customer Service
- Best Small Family Business of the Year
- Family Business CSR Award
- Family Business Longevity Award
- Family Farming Business of the Year
- Family Food and Drink Producer of the Year
- Family HealthCare and Nursing Family Business of the Year
- Fastest Growing Family Business
- Hospitality Business of the Year
- Manufacturing and Engineering Family Business of the Year
- Innovative Family Business Award
- International Family Business of the Year
- Pharmacy Family Business of the Year
- Printer & Publisher Family Business of the Year
- Professional and Business Services Family Business
- Property and Construction Family Business of the Year
- Retail and Wholesale Family Business of the Year
- Sustainable Family Business of the Year
- Tech Family Business of the Year
- Transport and Logistics Family Business of the Year
- Rising Star Award
How to apply
The awards are free to enter, and businesses can submit entries across multiple categories. The submission includes an online application and supporting materials.
The deadline for entries has been extended until 16 September 2024.
The awarding ceremony will take place at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Blanchardstown on Friday 8 November 2024.
