The EU food and feed hygiene regulations introduced the concept of good hygiene practices from 'farm to fork'. Farmers and growers are at the foundation of the food chain and it is key that you ensure good hygiene practice.

Under current operating arrangements for Northern Ireland, feed products produced in NI or placed on the NI market will continue to follow EU rules.
