Go Succeed: Tourism & Hospitality Marketing Programme

Support for tourism and hospitality businesses with one-to-one mentoring support and skills development workshops

The Go Succeed Tourism & Hospitality Marketing Programme is for businesses including cafés, coffee shops, restaurants, guest houses, hotels, tourist amenities and other tourism or hospitality business, who want to improve their marketing activities and grow.

One-to-one mentoring support

You will be matched with an experienced mentor and will receive up to 21 hours of highly practical business support focused on addressing the specific marketing needs of their business.

Skills Development Workshops

There will be three online group workshops during March 2024 that will be tailored to the tourism and hospitality industry. These are designed to enhance skills and improve knowledge in key marketing ideas.

Workshop details:

• Introduction to Marketing - Tuesday 5 March 2024, 10am to 12:30pm
• Digital Marketing on a shoestring - Tuesday 12 March 2024, time to be confirmed
• Optimal email marketing for the tourism and hospitality industry - Tuesday 26 March, time to be confirmed

Eligibility criteria

Small tourism and hospitality businesses taking part in this programme must:

• be trading with under 250 employees
• be based in one of the following council areas: Ards and North Down; Armagh Banbridge and Craigavon; Belfast City Council; Fermanagh and Omagh; Lisburn and Castlereagh; Mid Ulster; Newry, Mourne and Down
• not already be receiving support through the Go Succeed business support service.
