Growth mentoring for scaleups programme

Connect with specialist mentors to grow your business

The Growth Mentoring for Scaleups programme, delivered by Barclays Eagle Labs and funded by the UK Government, is designed to help founders overcome challenges and accelerate business growth.

This short-term programme offers up to 50 businesses the opportunity to access three hours of personalised, goal-focused sessions with a matched expert.

Sessions are flexible and available from January to March.

Eligibility criteria

To qualify for the programme, businesses should:

• be a rapidly growing tech scaleup with 10%–20% annual growth in revenue or customers
• have annual revenue exceeding £1 million
• be at seed or series A stage
• have specialist teams in place (e.g., product, operations)
