Get insights on improving ice cream manufacturing with a focus on nutrition
The Food Standards Agency in Northern Ireland and the College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise (CAFRE) are holding an event as part of the Making Food Better Programme (MFB). The event is designed to help businesses learn about reformulating ice cream for better health.
The MFB programme aims to help Northern Ireland food businesses improve the healthiness of their food by cutting down on calories, saturated fat, sugar and salt. It also encourages reducing portion sizes, providing nutritional information and promoting food responsibly.
