Training Needs to Training Plan workshop

This workshop will explore tools and techniques to plan, cost and budget training plans.
It can help you develop training strategies for your business while optimising return on investment.

Previous attendance at the Training Needs Analysis workshop is not required.

The session will cover:

• writing clear training objectives
• engaging external training providers
• costing out training interventions
• training plan management
