New WIBNI service to support flexible careers

Women in Business NI group has launched a new social enterprise to support women returning to work and the employers looking to hire them

The free service includes a Timely Careers jobs platform specialising in only flexible, part-time, job share and term-time job opportunities. It also offers skills training and career support for women who wish to reduce hours or return to work following a break.

As well as supporting women, the initiative strives to support businesses by connecting them to a unique pool of talent and helping them understand that part-time roles can bring many benefits to a business, including higher levels of productivity and increased staff retention.

Employers are invited to advertise open roles on the Timely platform, to tap into candidates that are engaged, and who want to further their careers.

Promotion is available for roles that have an element of flexibility, for employers that see the value in thinking outside the traditional working day.
