NICVA ASCEND Programme

Join NICVA's support programme for social enterprises representing ethnic minorities in Northern Ireland

NICVA has launched the ASCEND Programme to support small voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations in Northern Ireland. 

Funded by the National Lottery Community Fund, the programme is open to groups with annual incomes between £10,000 and £100,000 working with ethnic minority communities.

What can you expect?

Eligible participants will benefit from: 

• mentoring and one-to-one coaching
• training sessions
• networking events

Organisations will also receive access to GrantTracker, a review of their governing documents, and guidance on areas such as:

• leadership development
• governance and compliance
• fundraising strategies
• achieving sustainability
