QUest: Queen's University entrepreneurial initiative

Are you a student or a graduate of Queen’s University? QUest could help you start a business with funds up to £10,000.

QUBIS is launching QUest available for students and graduates of Queen’s University. It's a programme designed to help turn your ideas into businesses.

QUest offers funding, training, mentoring, and coaching and has been instrumental in driving the realisation of start-ups in recent years.

Upon completing the programme, student start-ups are granted support valued at £5,000 while graduate start-ups receive support valued at £10,000.

QUest will include:

• a bootcamp and training sessions
• a grant to explore and understand potential markets
• business coaching and mentoring
• workshops, networking and pitching opportunities
• share of £50,000 funding pot available 
• access to additional investment opportunities

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for QUest, you should meet the following criteria:

• having a start-up company or idea
• be enrolled in or have graduated from Queen's University during the last five years
• show that you are excited about working on your business project
• communicate your idea clearly
