SENI launches Discovery Programme for social enterprises
Apply for the Discovery Programme to improve financial stability and increase your social impact
Social Enterprise Northern Ireland (SENI), in partnership with Social Enterprise Republic of Ireland (SERI), has launched the Discovery Programme, funded by the International Fund for Ireland – Communities in Partnership Programme.
This two-year programme aims to support social enterprises on both sides of the border, helping them improve financial sustainability and promote partnerships with organisations in the Republic of Ireland.
What will you get?
Participants will gain skills in:
- digitalisation and financial management
- income generation and revenue growth
- strategic partnerships and alliances
- cost optimisation and control
- opportunities in Scotland
- building a connected all-Island social economy
Eligibility
Priority will be given to those involved in peace development work, but all applications will be assessed based on:
- community profile and needs
- current revenue sources (trading vs. funding)
- financial sustainability goals and challenges
- motivation to join a cross-border social enterprise programme
- staff or board members who will engage in the project
- social enterprise profile (aims, size, and objectives)
