Free accredited training to help tourism and hospitality businesses improve their customer service offering ahead of the Open Championship.

The 153rd Open Championship golf tournament gives Northern Ireland the opportunity to give a warm, generous, and hospitable welcome to visitors. Tourism NI will be hosting a number of Get Open Ready Customer Service courses.

The sessions are free, one-day, fully accredited courses offering a level 2 qualification. The courses are aimed at those wishing to refresh and hone their customer service skills and already have experience in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Course dates

Tourism Northern Ireland is partnering with the Belfast Metropolitan College, Northern Regional College, and North West Regional College to deliver the training sessions across various locations on different dates:
