Working from home arrangements during the coronavirus pandemic

The working from home arrangements that were in place during the COVID-19 pandemic were not normally considered to be permanent variations to the contract but post pandemic it may be mutually beneficial for it to become the new normal working arrangement and so it may suit both employer and employee for it to remain in place.
